After wrapping of the small-to-large tube joint, assemble the ribs and tubes back on the plans, and adhere the ribs in place on the spars. Wrap the spar where covered by the thin sparcaps with Kevlar, with wraps approximately 1/4" apart. Wet out with CA or epoxy.
