The major "stress riser" areas get the most of the wrapping. The joint between the small and large tubes and where the small tube ends inside the large tube is critical. 6x wraps at both these areas and 2x in between. While not pictured here, the thin sparcaps should be present. Wet out with CA or epoxy.
