Sheet the bottom of the wing first. You will need to trim/sand off the flashing that is on the bottom of the spar to have the sheeting fit smoothly over the airfoil contour. I like to use a tape "hinge" as seen in the photo to place the sheeting and ensure that it stays put. This also makes the gluing process much easier. Just fold the sheeting back on the hinge, apply your thick CA or wood glue and then "close" the sheeting again to complete. Flip over the wing, and weigh down the entire assembly, to ensure everything is square. Sheeting greatly enhances the torsional stiffness of the wing, and this is where many wing-warps can either creep in or be defeated.
