Set the ribs (except the end ribs) on the plans, and lightly tape them to your building surface to keep them from moving. I use a glass surface, so tape works best.
"Aggresively" and evenly sand the top & bottom spar caps and the center spar tube. The fit on these parts is deliberately tight.
Lay in the bottom spar cap, then slide in the center tube spar. Exercise caution as the fit here is *very* precise, and it would be easy to snap a rib. I found it easiest to "spin" the center tube back and forth, which helps to push the spar along, using the carbon left over from the sanding as a bit of a lubricant. Finally, slide in the top spar cap, again exercising caution.
