While we attempt to keep our most popular items in-stock at all times, we cannot guarantee products to be in-stock at the time which you order it from the website. Some products are by special order only, and that should be noted on their it’s product page. Please call or e-mail us before ordering to be absolutely sure.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may vary according to order. We have attempted on some of the large kits to estimate shipping. Please contact us if you are concerned about shipping.
Hand-made Products
Most Polecat Aero products are hand-made, and while we strive for perfect and the highest of quality in each airplane we ship, they can vary from kit-to-kit.
Credit Card Processing
Credit Card processing is done by hand, by us, using one of those little "black boxes". We normally charge your card the same day your products are shipped. Your card will not be charged as soon as you order through the website.
